Overrated and Overpriced

South Beach is honestly one of the most overrated places I’ve ever been to. It looks amazing online but in real life it’s just crowded, expensive, and kind of exhausting.

Everywhere you go people are trying to pull you into restaurants or sell you something. It doesn’t feel relaxing at all, it feels like you’re constantly being bothered.

Everything is overpriced too. You pay a lot and the food is just okay, drinks are weak, and the service isn’t anything special. Definitely not worth what they charge.

The area isn’t even as clean as you’d expect. For somewhere that’s supposed to be nice and upscale, parts of it feel dirty and run down.

Parking is a pain, traffic is bad, and just getting around is annoying. By the time you deal with all of that you’re not even in the mood to enjoy the beach anymore.

There are way better beaches in Florida that are quieter, cleaner, and actually relaxing. I wouldn’t go back.
