Worst Apartments in Orlando

I honestly regret moving into this apartment. The management office is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Any time you go in with a concern, you’re met with attitude instead of help, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse.

The living conditions are unacceptable. There are rats, and it’s clear that nothing is being done to properly address the issue. Maintenance requests go ignored for weeks, sometimes completely, and when they do respond, the problems are either poorly fixed or not fixed at all.

On top of that, the appliances barely work. You would expect basic things like a functioning stove or refrigerator, but even those have ongoing issues that never seem to get resolved.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of honesty. Management will tell you something is being handled or scheduled, but it either never happens or you find out later it wasn’t true. There’s a constant pattern of misinformation and empty promises.

Overall, this place is poorly managed and not worth the stress. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
