🚨 Terrible

Worst Experience I have Ever Had with Dealer
Deceptive advertising practices, the only reason it may not violate Florida law is they call it a service and not a fee. Not only do they charge several non-required fees, they include a paint and interior protection plan for around $1,700 and it can not be removed (a fee in my mind).
They tried to sell me on the benefits of the paint protector that was installed over deep scratches in the paint. They also encouraged me to be dishonest and wait a month then make a claim for the dents and scratches on the vehicle. I mentioned to the sales person that I wouldn’t be interested in the $1,700 paint and interior protection, he never said it was required, leading me to believe it could be removed. This led to me spending significantly more time and making a second grip to the dealership.
The first trip was to look at a vehicle that I called an hour before to make sure was there. When we showed up, for our appointment, he looked in the computer and then said we will go out and look for it. Once out on the lot he showed me 3 vehicles that were clearly not the right vehicle, then checked and let me know it just sold 10 mins before. (By the way, the car is still on their website as I write this review almost 3 weeks ago).
I should have known better to give them a second chance. Luckily when we went back to look at another vehicle I brought my scanner and found several codes, they took it back to the shop and brought me a report with all green checks saying it was fine, when I plugged my scanner back in the codes were pending, it appeared they just cleared the codes and printed out the sheet. This may just be my bad experience, but I would take extra care when dealing with this business.
